Defeat your Giant and reveal your full potential
Anything that’s trying to hinder you from going to where God is trying to take you is a GIANT, this plan was written to encourage you and let you know that no matter what GIANT you’re facing, as a believer in Jesus Christ you have in your possession the AUTHORITY and POWER to defeat it. Nothing has ever been created that can destroy the Kingdom of God within you.
Don’t Come Down!
A Giant-killer MUST never come down to the enemy, The only reason you keep struggling in that area over and over again is that you keep coming down to the enemy’s level, but today you have to declare it loudly “I will no longer allow lower-level stuff to stop me” there are a lot of people in the bible that we can look at when we are trying to learn about killing a giant but for this devotional plan we will look at what happened with David and Goliath to glean some needed principles if you will in regard to what a giant killer looks like, how a giant killer act and more importantly what armory do they use. The Biblical account of David and Goliath is one of the most popular stories from Scripture. It is a lesson of courage, faith, and overcoming what seems like an insurmountable obstacle.
So during this devotional plan start today, I’ll give you the verse, and then I’ll give you the principle that I gleaned from that verse so you can apply it to your armory. Always remember that there are times in our lives where we will be faced with insurmountable obstacles that will appear to be unbearable, during these times no matter what others may say those obstacles become our GIANTS. A giant is anything or anyone that’s trying to hinder you from going to the place where God is trying to take you. When I speak about killing your giant I’m not talking physically killing someone, I’m talking about you spiritually killing your Giant.
Every giant that comes your way will only come to prevent you from building the kingdom of God and there are two ways to build the kingdom of God, the first way is to evangelize, the second way we build the Kingdom of God is to disciple younger Christians. Although you will be faced with these obstacles that appear to be insurmountable you must keep yourself encouraged and trust the word of God that states in Jeremiah 1:19 they will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says the LORD.
You are doing great work, so don’t come down. Why should the work cease while you leave it and go down to talk to your giant?
